Prices Charged will be those ruling at the date of despatch.
Orders will be accepted and despatched upon the terms shown in our current price list or in a written quotation.
Returns, cancellations or amendments must be agreed in writing. Returns will incur a restocking charge of 20%
Deliveries within the UK Mainland - all goods are despatched on a Next Day delivery service, minimum carriage paid consignment is £150.00 (excluding VAT), on orders below £150.00 carriage will be charged between £7.00 and £9.00 per consignment, depending on weight.
Some areas of the UK mainland and off shore deliveries may be subject to additional charges and a longer delivery period.
Orders to Northern Ireland, will be handled by a specialist, UK - Ireland transport company and will take up to 3 working days for delivery, minimum carriage paid consignment is £250.00 (excluding VAT). On orders under £250.00 a carriage charge of £25.00 will be applied.
Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be handled by a specialist, UK - Ireland transport company and will take up to 3 working days for delivery, minimum carriage paid consignment is, euro 320.00. On orders under euro 320.00 a carriage charge of euro 32.00 will be applied.
All other Export Countries - F.O.B. UK port or C.I.F. on negotiation.
Goods should be examined immediately on receipt and any discrepancy or damage notified to both the carrier and ourselves in writing within 7 days. Late notification can not be entertained as we will be unable to make necessary claims against the carrier.
Non delivery of goods. Customers must notify within 14 days of the date of invoice in writing. Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland within 21 days. Notification later than these times cannot be entertained as we will be unable to make the necessary claims against the carriers.
Payment terms are nett monthly, payment by the end of the following month, unless alternative terms are agreed.
Advance payment can be made by cheque or BACS Payment or credit/debit card.
We undertake to repair or replace free of charge within a reasonable period from the date of sale any article or component supplied which by common consent is shown to be defective in workmanship or material. No liability for consequential loss or injury is acceptable.
Nor can we accept liability for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the purchaser or user consequent upon any such defect, breakage or other failure.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, a + / - 5% tolerance is required on all measurements and weights given.
Our policy is one of continuous improvement and we reserve the right to change specification without prior notice.
Due to the printing process used, colours in our catalogue may not exactly match the products supplied.
Any advice or information given to the purchaser or prospective customer is done so to the best of our ability at the time of the conversation and is without any liability on our part.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves that the goods are suitable for the purpose for which they are required.

It is a condition of sale that the title to the goods delivered shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full has been received and that all goods on hand purchased from Traditional Hardware Direct Ltd., up to the value of the balance due to Traditional Hardware Direct Ltd., will be deemed to be the property of Traditional Hardware Direct Ltd.
